Is Basic CRM really free?

Yes. Basic CRM costs nothing and has no time limit. You do not need to add a card.

What do I need to start?

A Neurax Host account with a verified email address. Each account can start one free CRM.

Can I take payments for bookings?

Paid bookings are part of Grow CRM and Advanced CRM, which come with Business Launch plans. On Basic CRM, bookings are free to make.

What happens to my data if I upgrade?

When you switch on the CRM on a Business Launch plan, you can bring your free CRM over with all its customers and bookings.

Can my team use it?

Team members with their own sign-in are part of Advanced CRM. Basic and Grow CRM are for the account owner.
