Neurax Host billing is straightforward — monthly plans, secure payments via Stripe, with full control over auto-renewal.
How billing works All plans are billed monthly on the same date each month. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, your plan renews on the 15th of every month. You receive an email receipt after each successful charge.
Payment methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. Your full card number is never stored on our servers — only a secure token. To add, remove, or set a default card: go to Billing → Payment Methods.
Auto-renewal Auto-renewal prevents your services from expiring unexpectedly. When enabled, your default payment card is charged automatically before your hosting or domain expires. You receive reminder emails 30, 14, and 7 days before renewal.
To toggle auto-renewal on or off: go to your Hosting account or Domain, then click "Auto-Renew" toggle. You can also manage it from the Billing Dashboard.
Refunds and cancellations Shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. VPS, GPU, AI, Email, and Security plans do not include a money-back guarantee.
To cancel your plan: contact support. Cancelling stops future renewals but your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments If a payment fails, you receive an email notification. Log in to update your payment method and manually trigger renewal from the Billing Dashboard before your service is suspended.
