Visit the Domain Search page on neuraxhost.ca. Enter your desired domain name to check availability across supported extensions, such as .com, .ca, .net, and .org. If the domain is available, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Activation times may vary depending on the domain extension and registration process.
Free Domain Included with Eligible Hosting Plans

Transferring a Domain to Neurax Host
To transfer your domain from another registrar:
- Log in to your current registrar and unlock your domain, if required.
- Obtain the EPP or Authorization code, if required for your domain extension.
- Visit NeuraxHost.ca and check whether domain transfer is supported for your extension.
- Follow the transfer instructions and provide the required authorization details.
- Approve the transfer if confirmation is requested.
Domain transfers may take several days, depending on the domain extension, current registrar, and approval process.
Your website may remain online during the transfer if your hosting and DNS settings are configured correctly. Check your nameservers and DNS records before making changes to avoid service interruptions.
Domain Renewal
Domain renewal periods and deadlines depend on the domain extension and registration terms. Check your domain management account for the expiry date, renewal options, and current charges.
If auto-renewal is available and enabled, your domain may renew automatically according to the applicable billing settings and terms. Check your account and payment settings to confirm how renewals are handled.

Internal Domain Transfers
