Setting Up Professional Email with Your Domain

A professional email (you@yourdomain.com) builds credibility and is included in all Neurax Host plans.

Creating an email account in cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel and go to Email → Email Accounts
2. Click "Create"
3. Enter a username (e.g., info, hello, support)
4. Select your domain from the dropdown
5. Set a strong password
6. Set the mailbox quota (or choose Unlimited)
7. Click "Create Email Account"

Accessing your email

• Webmail: Go to webmail.yourdomain.com and log in with your full email address and password
• Mobile/desktop app: Use IMAP settings — incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993 (SSL). Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 (SSL).

Email plan limits

• Secure Start: 10 email accounts
• Business Shield, Elite Secure Pro, and WordPress Business/Elite plans: Unlimited email accounts

Standalone email hosting If you only need email without website hosting, our Email Hosting plans start at $2/user/month (Basic) or $4/user/month (Business Shield). Google Workspace integration is available at $9.20/user/month and includes Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, and Calendar on your custom domain.

Email deliverability tips

• Set up SPF and DKIM records in cPanel → Email → Email Deliverability to prevent your emails from landing in spam
• Enable SpamAssassin to filter incoming spam
