Welcome to Neurax Host. This guide walks you through the first steps after signing up.
1. Log in to your dashboard Visit neuraxhost.com and sign in with your email and password. Your dashboard shows your hosting accounts, domains, recent orders, and support tickets.
2. Access your hosting account Go to Hosting → My Hosting Accounts. You will see your hosting plan listed with its status, domain, and expiry date. Click "cPanel" to open your control panel.
3. Set up your domain If you registered a domain with your plan, it is already linked to your hosting. If you have an existing domain from another registrar, update its nameservers to point to Neurax Host. Nameserver details are shown in your hosting account.
4. Upload your website In cPanel, use File Manager to upload your site files to the public_html folder. Alternatively, use an FTP client (FileZilla) with the FTP credentials from cPanel → FTP Accounts.
5. Create email accounts In cPanel, go to Email Accounts → Create. Set up professional email addresses using your domain (e.g., info@yourdomain.com). Business Shield and higher plans include unlimited email accounts. Secure Start includes 10.
6. Install WordPress (optional) If you need a CMS, open Softaculous in cPanel and install WordPress in one click. Our WordPress-specific plans (WP Secure Start at $9.99/mo and above) include automatic updates and malware protection.
7. Enable SSL Go to cPanel → SSL/TLS → AutoSSL to provision your free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. Your site will load over HTTPS within minutes.
