Registering a new domain Go to the Domain Search page on neuraxhost.com. Type your desired domain name — we check availability instantly across extensions (.com, .ca, .net, .org, and more). Add to cart and complete checkout. Most domains activate within minutes.
Free domain included: Secure Start ($4.99/mo), WP Secure Start ($9.99/mo), Business Shield ($9.99/mo), and WP Business Shield ($18.99/mo) plans include a free domain for the first year.
Transferring a domain to Neurax Host
- Log in to your current registrar and unlock the domain
- Get the EPP/Authorization code (sometimes called transfer key)
- On Neurax Host, go to Domains → Transfer Domain, enter your domain and EPP code
- Approve the transfer via the email confirmation sent to your registrar contact email
- The transfer completes in 5–7 business days
- Your website stays live throughout the transfer
Domain renewal Domains renew annually. With auto-renewal enabled, your default payment card is charged before expiry. We send reminder emails at 30, 14, and 7 days before the renewal date.
To manually renew: Domains → My Domains → Renew next to your domain.
Domain privacy (WHOIS protection) Without privacy, your name, address, email, and phone are publicly visible in the WHOIS database. Domain privacy hides this information. Add it during checkout or from your domain management page.
Internal domain transfers If you have multiple Neurax Host accounts, you can transfer a domain between them instantly from Domains → Transfer → Internal Transfer.
