How to restore a backup
- Shared/WordPress: In cPanel, go to Files → Backup Wizard or use the JetBackup tool to restore files, databases, or email accounts from a previous snapshot.
- VPS: Contact support to restore a snapshot, or use the monitoring dashboard for self-serve snapshot restore on eligible plans.
Important note While we maintain backups, we recommend keeping your own separate backups of critical data. Backups are provided as a safety net, not a guarantee of complete recovery in all scenarios.
